75g pre-cooked salmon (bake a 200g+ fillet for 10-12 mins in a 180 degree celsius oven) OR Good Fish Salmon (Can/Jar in Olive Oil)
4 x Nourishing Bubs Pumpkin Cubes (100g)
50g frozen peas or edamame
2 x Nourishing Bubs Zucchini Cubes (50g)
Place frozen pumpkin and zucchini cubes in a small saucepan over low to medium heat. Stir as they gradually melt.
Cook peas or edamame according to packet instructions. Use the back of a fork to mash or use a food processor is smoother consistency required. Add peas to saucepan with purees.
Once purees are defrosted and warm, stir in salmon, breaking it apart as you do.
You may still require a little pureeing depending on what level of texture bub is at.
Suitable from 6 months, once baby has tried each salmon by itself, as it is an allergen.
A 6 month old will likely require a smoother puree at that stage (addition of a little breastmilk or formula can help to thin out)
Our Pea puree in the Solid Starter Pack would allow you to skip step 2 altogether - win!
