Returns and Refunds


  1. If, in the unlikely event, you receive damaged or spoiled items during transit, we will be happy to replace them. To ensure your complete satisfaction, please inspect the contents of your order as soon as it arrives. If you are not entirely satisfied, please take a photograph of the issue and send it to info@nourishingbubs.com. We will promptly resolve the matter within 48 hours.
  2. As our products are perishable, all sales are considered final. We do not accept returns, except in cases of damaged or spoiled items during transit, as mentioned above.

  3. Please note that returns must be made within 3 days from the date of delivery, unless otherwise specified in our policy.

Non-Responsibility for Shipment Issues


Nourishing Bubs is not responsible for any damage or loss that occurs as a result of shipments being returned to the freight location or being undeliverable due to incorrect address information provided by you.

Additionally, we cannot be held responsible for any issues arising from the recipient's inability to receive the package on the specified delivery day. We kindly request that you make the necessary arrangements to ensure the preservation of the flavour and freshness of our products, such as leaving an esky or cooler out if you need to step out during the delivery window.
