This Beet & Raspberry Muffins and Beef Meatballs plate is a beautiful way to bring variety, flavour and nutrition together for your growing toddler. With sweet, savoury and creamy textures, this plate supports your little one’s developing taste buds and feeding skills.
The soft, naturally sweet Beet & Raspberry Muffins add a burst of antioxidants to help protect tiny cells from damage as well as fibre, to support healthy digestion for happy tummies.
The Beef Meatballs bring high-quality protein and iron to the plate. Protein supports growth and strong muscles while iron is important for brain development, learning and energy levels. The beef meatballs also provide zinc and vitamin B12, essential for immune health and cognitive development.
Oven-roasted pear with a sprinkle of cinnamon and vanilla adds natural sweetness without any added sugars. Pears are rich in fibre for digestive health, while cinnamon offers subtle flavour exposure to help expand your toddler’s palate. Serving the pear soft and lightly caramelised makes it perfect for little hands and safe chewing practice.
A dollop of plain Greek yoghurt completes the plate with calcium and healthy fats to support strong bones and teeth, plus protein for lasting fullness.
