Paired with ricotta, fresh lettuce and carrot, they offer a gentle balance of protein, calcium and fibre, all wrapped in a soft, easy-to-manage texture perfect for little hands.
The salmon lentil patties add a powerful nutritional boost, combining omega-3 fatty acids for brain development with plant-based fibre and protein from lentils to help keep kids feeling fuller for longer.
The roasted carrots provide beta-carotene for eye health, while the fresh berries add a natural sweetness alongside antioxidants to protect growing little cells.
The homemade blueberry and strawberry gummies are made from real fruit and provide antioxidants and vitamin C without the added sugars in addition to gelatin which supports gut health.

This lunchbox delivers a variety of nutrients across different textures and flavours, helping to build confident little eaters. A nourishing, colourful lunchbox that supports growth, development and happy, healthy eating habits.
Lamb rolls: Makes 3 small rolls
3 x rice paper rolls
1 tsp of ricotta cheese per wrap
⅛ cup shredded lettuce per wrap
⅛ cup grated carrot per wrap
For gummies: Makes 18 gummies
125g fresh or frozen strawberries
1 tsp vanilla extract (with no alcohol)
⅓ cup of water
2 tbsp gelatin
For snacks:
½ cooked carrot cut into bite-sized pieces
Extra virgin olive oil to drizzle on carrots
¼ tsp Italian herb blend
Large and soft blackberries
Ripe and soft whole raspberries
Flat bite-sized pieces of pasteurised mozzarella
Preheat the oven to 220°C and line a baking tray with a baking sheet.
Place bite-sized pieces of carrot on the baking tray and drizzle carrots with olive oil and Italian herb blend.
Place in the oven along with the lamb koftas and salmon lentil patties and bake for 10 mins. Leave the carrots on for an additional 20 minutes, until the carrot is fork tender and golden.
To make the lamb wrap, wet a rice paper roll with some warm water and place on a damp towel. Once soft, start assembling wrap with ricotta cheese, lamb koftas, lettuce and carrot. Roll rice paper roll to secure the fillings.Tip: A damp towel stops the rice paper roll from sticking to the surface.
To make gummies, add blueberry cubes, strawberries, vanilla and water to a pot and simmer for 5 minutes.
Add mixture to a blender and blend until smooth then add the gelatin and blend making sure no lumps of gelatin are left.
Pour mix into silicone moulds and refrigerate for 2hrs (until solid).
Assemble lunchbox with lamb roll, gummies, carrots, salmon lentil patties, blackberries, raspberries and mozzarella.
