Ingredients
- 2 overripe bananas
- 1 egg
- ¾ cup milk
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- ¾ cup wholemeal flour
- 1x 25g Nourishing Bubs Apple cube, defrosted
- 1x 25g Nourishing Bubs Strawberry cube, defrosted
- 1x 25g Nourishing Bubs Pear cube, defrosted
- 1x 25g Nourishing Bubs Plum cube, defrosted
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C and grease a mini muffin tray.
- In a bowl, mash the bananas. Add the eggs, milk and vanilla essence, and whisk together. Add the flour and whisk until well combined.
- Pour 2 tablespoons of mixture into each muffin tin. To each muffin, add a teaspoon of defrosted Nourishing Bubs fruit puree and stir together with a toothpick.
- Bake for 18-20 mins until golden and cooked through (test by inserting a toothpick in the middle).
- Allow to cool on a wired rack.
