A simple recipe, a nourishing boost, and a snack you can feel great about serving, these Chicken Liver Nuggets are tiny bites with big benefits.
2 x 30g Nourishing Bubs Chicken Liver Puree cubes
2 x 30g Nourishing Bubs Free-Range Chicken Puree cubes
3 x 15g Nourishing Bubs Carrot cubes
2 x 15g Nourishing Bubs Capsicum cubes
4 tbsp of flour of choice
1 tbsp of plain breadcrumbs (plus more coating)
⅓ cup of mozzarella
½ tsp of garlic powder
½ tsp paprika
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Microwave chicken and vegetable cubes in 30 second increments until defrosted and then mash with a fork.
Add the flour, breadcrumbs, mozzarella, garlic and paprika to the mixture and mix.
On a separate plate, sprinkle some breadcrumbs (this will be used for coating).
Bake for 25-30 mins, flipping halfway, until golden.
Cool for 5 mins before serving.
