Broccoli Mash Potatoes

Ingredients
- 3 x 25g Nourishing Bubs Broccoli Puree Cubes
- 4 small white potatoes
- 2 tbsp shredded cheddar cheese
Directions
- Microwave broccoli cubes in 30 seconds increments.
- Peel and dice potatoes into cubes.
- In a pot, add the potatoes and cover with boiling water. Boil for approximately 12 minutes, until potatoes are fork tender.
- Add the potatoes and cheese to the broccoli puree and mash with a fork.
