Broccoli Mash Potatoes

This easy 3 ingredient recipe is a nutritious way to sneak in a tricky veggie whilst at the same time providing bub with a smooth delicious puree they will love.

Ingredients

  • 3 x 25g Nourishing Bubs Broccoli Puree Cubes
  • 4 small white potatoes
  • 2 tbsp shredded cheddar cheese

Directions

  1. Microwave broccoli cubes in 30 seconds increments.
  2. Peel and dice potatoes into cubes.
  3. In a pot, add the potatoes and cover with boiling water. Boil for approximately 12 minutes, until potatoes are fork tender.
  4. Add the potatoes and cheese to the broccoli puree and mash with a fork.
