These yummy Berry Yoghurt Ice Blocks provide cooling relief from the summer sun and offer a nutritious and delicious treat without the unnecessary sugar!
You can use any berries you wish and even swap berries for mango for something a little more tropical! The perfect treat for the whole family. They taste so decadent, you wouldn’t even know they are good for you!
When buying yoghurt, I always recommend choosing a full fat, unflavoured Greek yoghurt which lists only milk and live cultures in the ingredient list.
