Veggie Loaded Tomato Sauce

Ingredients
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 x onion, finely diced
- 1-2 x garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 x 700g Jar Passata
- 4 x 25g Nourishing Bubs Beetroot cubes
- 4 x 25g Nourishing Bubs Carrot cubes
- 4 x 25g Nourishing Bubs Zucchini cubes
- 2 x 25g Nourishing Bubs Cauliflower cubes
- 2 x 25g Nourishing Bubs Sweet Potato cubes
- 2 tbsp Worcestshire Sauce (optional)
Directions
- Heat olive oil in medium deep-sided frypan. Add onion and garlic. Cook for 3-5 minutes, stirring occasionally until onion is transparent and soft.
- Add passata and Nourishing Bubs vegetable cubes, stirring to incorporate. Bring to the boil, ensuring all blocks are defrosted then reduce heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes. Add Worcestshire sauce if using. If cooking for bubs over 1, you may like to add a pinch of salt.
