These protein-packed fritters are a balanced, nutrient-rich snack that fuels bub’s play, growth and development.
4 x 15g Nourishing Bubs Pea Puree Cubes
2 x 30g Nourishing Bubs Barramundi Puree Cubes
2 eggs
2 tbsp parsley (or basil), chopped
1 cup of flour of choice
1 tsp baking powder
⅓ cup ricotta cheese, crumbled
olive oil to fry fritters
optional: hummus or tomato sauce to serve
Whisk eggs.
To a bowl, add peas, barramundi, eggs, parsley and mix.
Add the flour, baking powder and ricotta cheese to the mixture and stir.
Optional: Serve with hummus or tomato sauce as a dipping sauce.
