Ingredients

  • 8 x 25g Nourishing Bubs Pear Puree Cubes
  • 2 dates, pitted
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract (with no alcohol)
  • ⅓ cup of water
  • 2 tbsp gelatin

Directions

  1. To a pot, add pear cubes, dates, vanilla and water and simmer for 5 minutes.
  2. Allow to cool for 5 mins.
  3. Add to a blender and blend until smooth.
  4. Add the gelatin and blend making sure no lumps of gelatin are left.
  5. Pour mix into a jug then pour into silicone moulds (pour into moulds quickly as mixture will thicken rapidly).
  6. Refrigerate for 2hrs (until solid).
  7. Pop out of mould and store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
