Sweet Potato couples perfectly with salmon in these delicious morsels of goodness, which are ideal for babies 8-9 months up and beyond. You may like to leave the crispy outer crumbing off for little ones under 12 months.
Salmon is particularly beneficial for brain health with it being a good source of omega-3, while chia, which acts as a binder (to keep these egg free) is also a natural source of omega-3 too!
Make a batch and freeze until ready to consume, then simply heat in the oven, as required.
