Ingredients

  • 1x 25g Nourishing Bubs carrot cube, defrosted
  • 1x 25g Nourishing Bubs zucchini cube, defrosted
  • 70g left over roast chicken/turkey, shredded (or diced Christmas ham also works well)
  • 30g cooked peas, slightly squashed (use a potato masher)
  • 50g shredded mozzarella
  • 2 eggs

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C and line a small baking dish with baking paper.
  2. Add all the ingredients to the dish and stir to combine.
  3. Bake for ~20 mins until golden on top.
  4. Cut into fingers and serve
