Christmas Leftover Frittata Fingers are a nutritious and easy way to use up holiday leftovers, offering a healthy and delicious snack for babies and toddlers.
1x 25g Nourishing Bubs carrot cube, defrosted
1x 25g Nourishing Bubs zucchini cube, defrosted
70g left over roast chicken/turkey, shredded (or diced Christmas ham also works well)
30g cooked peas, slightly squashed (use a potato masher)
50g shredded mozzarella
2 eggs
Preheat the oven to 180°C and line a small baking dish with baking paper.
Add all the ingredients to the dish and stir to combine.
Bake for ~20 mins until golden on top.
Cut into fingers and serve
Suitable once bub has been introduced to dairy and eggs.
