Ingredients
- 2x 25g Nourishing Bubs Pear puree cubes, defrosted
- 2x 25g Nourishing Bubs Apple puree cubes, defrosted
- ½ tbsp smooth natural peanut butter (or alternate nut butter)
- 1 ½ cups rolled oats
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 3 tbsp Nourishing Bubs Tree Nut Maintenance Mix
- 1 tsp cinnamon
Directions
- Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl until well combined.
- Press the mixture into a lined tray/container until compact. (Optional: top with desiccated coconut).
- Refrigerate the mixture for at least 4 hours or overnight until firm and holds shape.
- Slice into thick fingers/strips at least 2 fingers width in size and serve.
