Ingredients

  • ¼ cup oat bran
  • 1x 25g Nourishing Bubs Apple cube
  • 1x 25g Nourishing Bubs Pear cube
  • ½ tbsp chia seeds
  • ½ tbsp hemp seeds
  • ½ cup milk (you can use breast milk or cow’s milk or alternative if bub has a known cow’s milk allergy)

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients except hemp seeds to a small saucepan and cook over medium heat, until purees have defrosted and ingredients have combined to form a thick porridge
  2. Remove from heat and cool before stirring through hemp seeds and serving.
