Preheat the oven to 180°C and line a loaf pan with baking paper.
Add your bananas to a large bowl and mash. Add all other ingredients and stir until well combined.
Pour the mixture into the lined baking dish and spread evenly.
Bake for ~20 mins, until slightly firm.
Cool on a wire rack before slicing and enjoying.
