Yoghurt Oatmeal Cups are a tasty, nutrient-rich snack for babies and toddlers, featuring oats, banana, nut butter, and topped with yoghurt and fresh fruit.

Ingredients
- 1 banana
- 100g rolled oats
- 2 tablespoons smooth natural nut butte
- 6 tablespoons natural/Greek yoghurt
- Strawberries and kiwi fruit to decorate
Directions
- Preheat oven to 180°C and grease a silicone muffin tray with some oil.
- In a bowl, mash the banana and add the oats and nut butter. Stir until combined.
- Distribute the mixture between the muffin tins, and using your fingers push the mixture down and up the sides to create a cup shape.
- Bake for 15-18 mins until golden. Cool in tray for 10 mins, then transfer to a wired rack to continue cooling.
- Once cooled and firm, top each oatmeal cup with a tablespoon of yoghurt and some strawberries and kiwi fruit (or any other fruit of choice).
