Sweet potato provides complex carbohydrates for energy, along with vitamin A, an important nutrient that supports healthy vision and immune function. Apple adds natural sweetness, fibre and hydration, helping to support healthy digestion. Oats are rich in fibre and slow-release carbohydrates, helping little tummies stay fuller for longer and providing steady energy.
The peanut butter, tree nuts and chia seeds contribute healthy fats and plant-based protein which support healthy growth and development. Chia seeds are also a source of omega-3 fatty acids, which play a role in supporting brain development. Dates provide natural sweetness along with fibre, while cinnamon adds flavour without the need for added sugars.
