These scrumptious turkey bites are a great alternative to your regular meatballs. They are delicious served on their own, with a yoghurt and mint dipping sauce or inside a tasty bun as mini burger patties. We love to just add our Brown Fried Rice!

Ingredients
- 500g Turkey Mince
- 2 shallots, finely sliced (optional)
- 100g corn kernels, fresh or frozen
- 4 x 25g Nourishing Bubs Carrot Puree cubes
- 1 tsp ground coriander
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ cup rice flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 egg
- Olive oil, for cooking
- Kids Brown Fried Rice
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in a medium sized bowl and mix to combine. It is often easier to do this with your hands to really evenly distribute the mixture.
- Roll tablespoons of mixture into balls and then flatten slightly. Repeat with remaining mixture.
- Heat a medium saucepan over medium-high heat. Add enough olive oil to cover base of pan. Once oil is hot, add batches of turkey bites cooking for 3-4 minutes each side or until well browned and cooked through when testing one.
- Cooked meatballs can be kept warm in a preheated 150°C oven while you cook remaining batches.
