Ingredients

  • 4x 30g Nourishing Bubs Salmon cubes, defrosted
  • 1x 25g Nourishing Bubs Cauliflower cube, defrosted
  • 1x 25g Nourishing Bubs Broccoli cube, defrosted
  • 1 medium potato
  • 1 ½ tbsp fine breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp grated parmesan

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C and line a baking tray with baking paper.
  2. Bring a small pot of water to boil. Peel and cut the potato into quarters and place in the boiling water. Cook until soft enough to mash with a fork, then drain the water.
  3. Add the salmon, cauliflower, broccoli and potato to a large bowl and mash with a fork.
  4. Add the remaining ingredients and mix until well combined.
  5. Take a tablespoon of mixture and using your hands, shape into a compact nugget and place on the baking tray. Repeat with all mixture.
  6. Bake for 35 mins, flipping halfway through.
