Prune Fibre Bites

Ingredients
- 2 x 25g Nourishing Bubs Prune Puree Cubes
- 5 medjool dates, pitted
- 2 tbsp natural peanut butter
- 2 tbsp carob powder
- 3 tbsp ground flaxseeds
- Shredded coconut for coating
Directions
- Soak dates for 15 mins in warm water to soften them.
- Microwave prune puree cubes for 30 seconds.
- In a food processor, add dates, prunes, peanut butter, carob powder and ground flaxseeds and process all ingredients until dates are smooth.
- Add a tablespoon of the mixture to your hands then roll mixture into balls and cover with shredded coconut.
- Place in the fridge for 30 minutes or in the freezer for 15 minutes before serving.
