Ingredients

2x 25g Nourishing Bubs Apple cubes
1 egg
½ cup extra virgin olive oil
½ cup plain natural yoghurt
¾ cup wholemeal flour
¼ cup rolled oats
1 heaped tablespoon Nourishing Bubs Tree Nut Maintenance Mix
½ tsp baking powder
1 tsp ground cinnamon

Directions

Preheat the oven to 160°C and line muffin trays with muffin cases.
In a large bowl, defrost the apple cubes in the microwave until it reaches puree texture. Add the egg, oil and yoghurt and mix together.
Add in all the dry ingredients and stir until well combined.
Spoon a tablespoon of mixture into each muffin case. Tap the muffin tray on a table to create a flat surface.
Bake for 15 mins, until golden. Cool on a wire rack for 10 mins before serving.

Recipe Note

Suitable once bub has been successfully introduced to all 9 tree nuts, dairy and wheat.
