This Strawberry and Vanilla Breakfast Cake provides a nourishing mix of fruits, fiber-rich chia seeds, and protein-packed yoghurt to support your baby's growth, energy, and digestion.
4x 25g Nourishing Bubs Strawberry cubes, defrosted
2x 25g Nourishing Bubs Apple cubes, defrosted
1x 200g Grumpy Bums Strawberry & Vanilla porridge
3 tbsp chia seeds
1 tsp vanilla essence
½ tsp baking powder
½ tsp cinnamon
1 ¼ cup milk
4 heaped tbsp natural yoghurt
4 strawberries, sliced
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
In a greased square baking tray, mix all ingredients together until combined. Spread mixture out evenly.
Bake for 35-40 mins until golden and firm to touch.
Let cool for 10 mins before spreading a thin layer of yoghurt on top and topping with strawberry slices.
Suitable once bub has been introduced to dairy.
