In the spirit of thanksgiving, we thought we wanted to share a pumpkin recipe. It is super easy to make and can just be blended to the appropriate texture ahead of serving.

4 x 25g Nourishing Bubs Pumpkin cubes
1/3 cup traditional rolled oats
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/3 cup milk of your choice
1 tsp maple syrup (optional)
1 - 2 tsp ground cinnamon
Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and stir to combine. Refrigerate overnight.
Blend to appropriate consistency (if required). You may need to add a little more milk or water.
- Leftover overnight oats will keep for up to 3 days in refrigerator
