Ingredients
- 3 x Nourishing Bubs Cheesy Veggie Muffins Finger Food
- 2 x Nourishing Bubs Black Bean & Date Brownies Finger Food
- 1 x Nourishing Bubs Vanilla & Date Muffin Finger Food
- 1 cucumber
- 1/4 green capsicum
- Large and soft blackberries
- Ripe and soft whole raspberries
- Tomato sauce
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C and line a baking tray with a baking sheet.
- Bake cheesy veggie muffins, black bean & date brownies and vanilla & date muffin in the oven for 10 mins.
- Cut round ends of cucumber and then cut in quarters lengthwise, leaving the skin on. Leaving the skin on allows the cucumber to hold its shape and makes it less slippery for bub.
- Cut capsicum in long slices to make it easier for bub to hold.
- Assemble lunchbox with cheesy veggie muffins, black bean & date brownies, vanilla & date muffin, cucumber sticks, capsicum slices, blackberries, raspberries and tomato sauce.
