The use of quinoa flakes, makes the consistency perfect as one of bub's first foods and also makes them super quick to prepare. Quinoa is naturally gluten free and a complete source of protein, perfect for growing bodies.

¼ cup quinoa flakes
⅓=4 cup milk of your choice
¼ cup water
2 x 25g Nourishing Bubs Pear cubes
½ tsp cinnamon (optional)
Hazelnut meal (optional)
Place Nourishing Bubs cubes in small saucepan over low-medium heat. Add ¼ cup water and stir until blocks are defrosted.
Add ¼ cup quinoa flakes and milk and stir for 2 minutes or until desired consistency is reached. Stir in cinnamon and hazelnut meal, if using. Allow to cool slightly before serving to bub.
