Delicious Pumpkin Pie Bliss Balls

Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 6 x blocks Nourishing Bubs Pumpkin, defrosted (150g or ~1/2 cup)
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/3 cup desiccated coconut
- 5 dates, softened in hot water & chopped
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
Directions
- Place all ingredients in food processor and process until well combined.
- Refrigerate mixture for 30 minutes – 1 hour to allow to firm up.
- Roll teaspoon portions of mixture into small balls.
- Place on lined tray or in container.
- Keep refrigerated for 3 days or frozen up to 3 months.
