Packed with lean protein and nutrient-rich veggies, these Chicken and Veggie Nuggets offer a healthy, baked option to support your baby's growth and development.
4x 30g Nourishing Bubs Chicken Puree
2x 25g Nourishing Bubs Sweet Potato cubes
1x 25g Nourishing Bubs Parsnip cube
1x 25g Nourishing Bubs Cauliflower cube
1 heaped tablespoon wholemeal flour
1 tablespoon fine breadcrumbs + more for coating
1 tablespoon grated parmesan
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp paprika
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Microwave the Nourishing Bubs chicken and vegetable cubes until defrosted and mash together using a fork.
Add the flour, breadcrumbs, parmesan and seasonings and mix until all well combined.
Place the remaining breadcrumbs in a separate shallow bowl.
Roll a tablespoon of mixture into a ball and then slightly flatten. Coat in the breadcrumbs and place on a lined baking tray. Repeat with all mixture (should make roughly 9 nuggets)
Bake for 30 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden.
Suitable once bub has been successfully introduced to wheat and dairy.
