Ingredients
- ¼ cup spiral pasta
- 2 tablespoons tuna (half of a small can)
- Small drizzle of extra virgin olive oil
- ½ tsp grated Parmesan
Directions
- Bring a small pot of water to a boil. Cook the pasta as per packet instructions, ensuring pasta is well cooked.
- While the pasta is cooking, drain the canned tuna and add to a mixing bowl. Use the back of a fork to separate into chunks (big enough for bub to pick up with fists)
- Drain the pasta and add to the tuna.
- Top with a small drizzle of EVO oil and the grated parmesan and stir through.
- Serve with large steamed broccoli florets and whole strawberries.
