Apricot Lamb Meatballs

Apricot Lamb Meatballs

These tender, golden-baked meatballs are the perfect balance of savoury and sweet, a wholesome little bite packed with goodness for your growing bub. Juicy grass-fed lamb pairs beautifully with naturally sweet apricots and carrot, creating a nutrient-rich snack that’s as nourishing as it is delicious.

Each bite is loaded with essential nutrients to support your little one’s growth and development. Lamb is a fantastic source of iron and zinc, helping support healthy brain development, red blood cell formation and a strong immune system. Carrots add a dose of vitamin A for healthy eyesight and skin, while apricots bring natural sweetness along with vitamin C and potassium, important for iron absorption and nerve function. The addition of cheddar cheese contributes calcium and protein for building strong bones and muscles, and egg helps bind everything together while adding even more high-quality protein and choline for brain health.

Apricot Lamb Meatballs

These bite-sized meatballs are perfect for baby-led weaning, toddler snacks, or even family meals. Serve them warm with cucumber slices and tomato sauce, or add them to your favourite tomato-based pasta dish for a nourishing twist.
