Ingredients
- 3 apples, peeled and diced
- 2 cup frozen mixed berries, chopped smaller if needed
- Juice of ½ orange
- 2 weetbix, crushed
- ¾ cup rolled oats
- 1 tbsp Nourishing Bubs Tree Nut Maintenance mix
- 1 tbsp wholemeal flour
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
- 15g sultanas
Directions
- Turn the oven on to 170 degrees celsius.
- To a deep baking tray, add the apple and frozen berries. Squeeze the juice of a orange over the fruit and toss to coat.
- To a bowl, combine the remaining ingredients and mix together until it forms small clumps (using your hands works best). Evenly spread on top of the fruit, keeping it quite compact.
- Bake for 30-35 mins until golden brown. Allow to cool before serving.
- Serve with yoghurt.
