The addition of avocado adds a boost of good fats to help absorb the fat soluble vitamin A which is found in particularly high amounts in orange vegetables like Pumpkin, Carrot and Sweet Potato. Vitamin A plays a crucial role in baby’s eye development but must be consumed with fats to be effectively absorbed!

  • 1/8th avocado, pureed or mashed until no lumps (depending on developmental stage)
