As a paediatric dietitian, beetroot is one of Liv's favourites. It's a good source of folate and magnesium and not only tastes delicious but also adds a beautiful pop of colour to bub's plate.
Each pack contains 8 x 25g cubes of smooth, gently cooked beetroot puree, perfect for babies from the moment they start solids. Serve on its own or get creative—mix with carrot or sweet potato to balance the earthiness, stir through yoghurt for a stunning pink hue, or blend into hummus for a vibrant and nourishing snack. We also love turning Banana Pancakes pink by adding a defrost Beet cubes to the mix!
