How to Use:

• Mix powder or nut meal into a previously tolerated puree or roll soft finger foods like avocado in the powder.
• Start with ¼ teaspoon, increase to ½ teaspoon, then 1 teaspoon over three exposures.
• Complete the first three exposures over three separate days (e.g. Monday, Wednesday, Friday).
• Introduce allergens earlier in the day to monitor for any reactions.
• Each sachet contains approximately 15 teaspoons, allowing exposure to continue for several weeks.
