You'll learn the what, when and how of introducing your bub to solids as well as practical food examples and allergen introduction strategies to make this milestone fun and enjoyable one for all!
At the end of the presentation Olivia will do a live Q&A to answer any questions you may have. The slides will be provided after the presentation so you can refer back at a later date and email through any questions that may not have been covered during the presentation.
