500g Resealable bag Frozen Organic Beef Broth & Spinach Cubes
Made in small batches by Star Anise Organic Wholefoods, these broth and spinach cubes are made from organic beef broth (without added salt) and cooked English Spinach.
Spinach is a good source of plant based iron and calcium, however in order to make these nutrients more accessible to the body, spinach should be cooked to break down the high levels of oxalic acid, also present.
Beef Broth is slow simmered for 18-20 hours, using certified organic bones from 100% grass fed and finished cows raised on sustainable Australian farms.
Each bag contains individual frozen cubes so you can use one at a time, for convenience. Suitable to use frozen or defrosted.
Uses:
- Serve on its own
- Combine with Nourishing Bubs vegetable purees
- Add to smoothies, sauces, meals to boost nutrient content
