Juicy, sweet and mild in flavour, Good Fish sardines are caught off the coast of Spain and Portugal in the middle of the night and cooked and filleted onshore the following day, to ensure optimal quality. Caught in small boats with small nets, these sardines are a sustainable breed that renew quickly. Preserved whole (minus the head and digestive system), sardines are a rich source of omega-3 and calcium.
Rich in Omega-3, as well as calcium, Sardines are an excellent fish for babies and their growing brains, bones and bodies.
