Caught in small boats with small nets, these sardines are a sustainable breed that renew quickly. Preserved whole (minus the head and digestive system), sardines are a rich source of omega-3 and calcium.

Rich in Omega-3, as well as calcium, Sardines are an excellent fish for babies and their growing brains, bones and bodies.
