What's Changed in Our Refreshed Pack

We have updated the Allergen Intro Pack in line with ASCIA's updated infant feeding guidelines. Same pack, same price, with more support for you than ever.

• A fresh new look. Updated design across the box and every sachet, in line with our new branding. Same trusted formulations inside.
• Egg is now prepared at home, with our step-by-step guide. ASCIA now recommends egg be introduced as a well cooked whole egg, such as hard boiled. Our egg sachet sat closer to a soft scrambled egg, so we have removed it and replaced it with clear instructions for preparing egg safely at home.
• A how-to video. Scan the QR code inside the box for a short video walking you through exactly how to use the pack, from the first serve onwards.
• A free e-book, valued at $12.50. Our complete allergen introduction e-book is now included with every pack, downloadable via the same QR code.
• Updated directions for use. Once introduced and tolerated, keep offering the allergen at least once a week, following ASCIA's January 2026 update.
• No change to the price. Everything above is included at no extra cost.

Introducing allergens to your bub can feel overwhelming. Our Allergen Intro Pack helps parents safely introduce common food allergens in a simple, step-by-step way.

Each allergen is provided in a powdered format, making it easy to mix into foods your baby already enjoys while helping minimise choking risks. By introducing allergens one at a time, you can carefully monitor your baby's response while building confidence around new foods.

Each box includes 14 of the most common allergens, giving you a practical and guided way to support early food exposure.

How to Use:

• Mix powder or nut meal into a previously tolerated puree or roll soft finger foods like avocado in the powder.
• Start with ¼ teaspoon, increase to ½ teaspoon, then 1 teaspoon over three exposures.
• Complete the first three exposures over three separate days (e.g. Monday, Wednesday, Friday).
• Introduce allergens earlier in the day to monitor for any reactions.
• Each sachet contains approximately 15 teaspoons, allowing exposure to continue for several weeks.
