Ingredients:
Wholemeal Spelt Flour (Wheat) (34%), Sweet Potato (25%), Pumpkin (25%), Arrowroot Powder, Extra Virgin Olive Oil (4%), Baking Powder [Raising Agents (Potassium Bitartrate, Sodium Bicarbonate)]. 

CONTAINS: Wheat and Gluten. Manufactured in a kitchen which also handles Egg, Milk, Fish, Sesame, Soy & Tree Nuts.

How to serve:
1. Remove flatbread and allow to defrost.
2. If defrosting in microwave, always have an adult test the temperature before serving to children.

To Store:  Keep frozen at or below -18°C. Once defrosted, store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place, and enjoy within 1 day.
