Introducing the allergens to your bub can be scary. That is why we have created the Allergen Intro Pack. It makes it easier for parents to safely introduce the common allergens to their little ones, step by step.

Our pack provides most of the common food allergens, in a powdered format, to minimise any choking hazards.

Each box contains:
1 box (420 g) contains individual sachets (30g) of 14 common food allergens.

The Allergens:
1. Almond Meal: 100% Almonds
2. Brazil Nut Meal: 100% Brazil Nuts
3. Cashew Meal: 100% Cashews
4. Cow’s Milk Powder: 100% Cow’s Milk Powder
5. Egg Powder: 100% Egg (dehydrated)
6. Hazelnut Meal: 100% Hazelnuts
7. Macadamia Meal: 100% Macadamias
8. Peanut Meal: 100% Peanuts
9. Pecan Meal: 100% Pecans
10. Pistachio Meal: 100% Pistachios
11. Pine Nut Meal: 100% Pine Nuts
12. Sesame powder: 100% Organic Sesame
13. Soy Powder: 100% Soya
14. Walnut Meal: 100% Walnuts

If your child has any confirmed allergies, please check with your healthcare professional before introducing the other allergens (and therefore, this product).

How to use:

• Mix powders/nut meals into a previously tolerated puree or roll a piece of previously tolerated finger food such as avocado into the powder/meal
• Start with 1/4 teaspoon of powder/meal on exposure 1, increase to 1/2 teaspoon on exposure 2 and increase to 1 teaspoon on exposure 3
• Three initial exposures should be carried out over 3 consecutive days or 3 days in one week (such as Monday, Wednesday, Friday)
• Always introduce a new food / potential allergen in the first half of day with time before next nap to watch for any adverse reactions
• Each sachet contains approximately 15 teaspoons of the powder/meal so it can be used to keep up exposure for at least a few more weeks
