Ingredients: Australian Free-Range Chicken (47%), Australian Vegetables (28%) [Carrot (13%), Capsicum (8%), Onion (7%)], Cooked Brown Rice (17%) (Water, Brown Rice), Breadcrumbs [Wheat flour, Vitamins (Thiamin, Folic Acid)], Arrowroot, Thyme, Garlic Powder.

Cooking Instructions:

Remove from pouch & cook from frozen.

Oven: Preheat to 180°C & cook on a tray for 10 minutes.

Airfyer: Cook on a tray for 8 minutes.

Microwave: Defrost & then reheat according to your microwave instructions.

For all methods, after cooking, allow to stand for 2 minutes & always check the temperature before serving.
