Ingredients
- 2x 25g Nourishing Bubs Beetroot cubes, defrosted
- 1 banana
- 2 tbsp natural nut butter
- ¼ cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp maple syrup/sweetener (optional)
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C and line a loaf pan with baking paper.
- Add your bananas to a large bowl and mash. Add all other ingredients and stir until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into the lined baking dish and spread evenly.
- Bake for ~20 mins, until slightly firm.
- Cool on a wire rack before slicing and enjoying.
