Nourishing White Christmas

A healthier alternative to an old family favourite!Nourishing Bubs Healthy White Christmas


1 cup coconut oil

½ cup milk powder

pinch of salt

1 tsp vanilla

 1 cup Tart Cherries (replace with dried cranberries)

1 cup Coconut flakes

2 cups Rice bubbles

1 cup raw pistachios



1. Place dry ingredients in a medium bowl and mix to combine.

2. Place coconut oil, milk powder and vanilla extract in small saucepan over low-medium heat. Stir until milk powder dissolves.

3. Pour coconut oil mixture into dry mixture and mix thoroughly to combine.

4. Press into a lightly greased and lined lamington/slice tray. Refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight, until set. Slice into squares and serve from the fridge. Store in fridge, to prevent melting.
