Ingredients 1C chopped cocoa butter 1/2 C cacao (as opposed to cocoa) 1/4C-1/3C 100% Pure maple syrup 1tsp vanilla extract Mix ins: Almonds, hazelnuts, nut butter, sultanas, mint extract Icing pens  Method Melt cocoa butter in small saucepan over low heat.  Add cacao, maple syrup (until desired sweetness) and vanilla. Pour chocolate into mini tart tins lined with patty papers 1/3 of the way up. Add nuts or other mix in of your choice (if using nut butter, don't add until refrigerated and set. A healthier alternative to an old family favourite! Ingredients 1 cup coconut oil ½ cup milk powder pinch of salt 1 tsp vanilla  1 cup Tart Cherries (replace with dried cranberries) 1 cup Coconut flakes 2 cups Rice bubbles 1 cup raw pistachios   Method 1. Place dry ingredients in a medium bowl and mix to combine. 2. Place coconut oil, milk powder and vanilla extract in small saucepan over low-medium heat. Stir until milk powder dissolves. 3.
