Makes 500mL, serves 2-3 Ingredients 5 x blocks Nourishing Bubs Apple & Mango blocks ½ cup coconut chunks (freezer section at supermarket) 1 tsp vanilla extract 1 ½ cups coconut water or (milk alternative of your choice) 1 tsp turmeric (optional)   Method Blend in a high-speed blender until smooth.
