Nourishing Group Kitchen
Place frozen pumpkin and zucchini cubes in a small saucepan over low to medium heat. Stir as they gradually melt.
If using peas, cook in some boiling water until they rise to the top. If using edamame, simply run under hot water to defrost.
Once cooked, add to saucepan with purees.
Once purees are defrosted and warm, stir in salmon, breaking it apart as you do.
You may still require a little pureeing depending on what level of texture bub is at.
Suitable from 6 months, once baby has tried each component separately.
A 6 month old will likely require a smoother puree at that stage (addition of a little breastmilk or formula can help to thin out)
