1 x 300g bag Nourishing Bubs Cauliflower, defrosted
1C wholemeal / spelt flour
1C freshly grated, lightly packed parmesan cheese
4 finely chopped shallots (option, depending on tolerance of 'green stuff')
1 tsp turmeric
pinch of salt
Extra virgin olive oil, for cooking
- Combine all ingredients, except olive oil and parmesan cheese in medium bowl. Mix to combine then stir in parmesan cheese.
- Heat large saucepan to medium heat and add 1 tbsp olive oil, swirling to cover the pan.
- Add tablespoon amounts of mixture to the pan, trying to fit 3-4 each batch if you can (without putting too close together that they merge).
- Cook for 2-3 minutes each side, until lightly browned.
- Repeat with remaining mixture.
