Serves 2 hungry toddlers
1/4C traditional rolled oats
1/4C black and/or white chia seeds
1C coconut almond milk (or milk of your choice)
Handful fresh or frozen blueberries
1tbsp pure maple syrup
1tsp cinnamon1/4C shredded coconut
1. Place all dry ingredients in a bowl and mix to combine.
2. Add milk, maple syrup and berries and mix, ensuring no clumps of chia seeds.
3. Cover and refrigerate over night. Will keep for 3-4 days in fridge.
