Ingredients
- 75g pre-cooked salmon (bake a 200g+ fillet for 10-12 mins in a 180 degree celsius oven) OR Good Fish Salmon (Can/Jar in Olive Oil)
- 4 x Nourishing Bubs Pumpkin Cubes (100g)
- 50g frozen peas or edamame
- 2 x Nourishing Bubs Zucchini Cubes (50g)
Directions
- Place frozen pumpkin and zucchini cubes in a small saucepan over low to medium heat. Stir as they gradually melt.
- Cook peas or edamame according to packet instructions. Use the back of a fork to mash or use a food processor is smoother consistency required. Add peas to saucepan with purees.
- Once purees are defrosted and warm, stir in salmon, breaking it apart as you do.
- You may still require a little pureeing depending on what level of texture bub is at.
